Wacky Wizards is a Brawler Party Game made by a team of six from the span of 12 weeks.
My role for this project was Character Artist. This led me an opportunity to work with Level Designers, a Coder and an Environmental Artist. I organised my workflow by using a Burn down chart, which I would update weekly to check schedules in-order to decrease crunches as much as possible. I also used Maya Software and ZBrush to model and sculpt the creations necessary. Furthermore, I would then finish this by texturing in Adobe Substance Painter and hand off my assets to the fellow Designers to use in Unreal Engine 5. This project also helped me to develop my skills to communicate and work with other developers.
My responsibilities included the creation of the character, assisted by my fellow artist. The creation of some props for a Tavern and Ship map, and other miscellaneous items like potions and weapons. I worked closely with the Environmental Artist to bring some of these into the game.
